  • World Steel Association. World Steel Association, often abbreviated as worldsteel, is the international trade body for the iron and steel industry. The association represents over 160 steel producers, national and regional steel industry associations and steel research institutes.
  • South East Asia Iron & Steel Institute. SEAISI is a technical institute and its main objective is to promote the iron and steel industry in the South East Asian region.
  • Ministry of International Trade and Industry. The Ministry of International Trade and Industry Malaysia, abbreviated MITI, is responsible for international trade, industry, investment, productivity, small and medium enterprise, development finance institution, halal industry, automotive, steel, strategic trade.
  • Malaysian Investment Development Authority. The Malaysian Investment Development Authority, abbreviated MIDA, is the government’s principal agency to oversee and drive investment into the manufacturing and services sectors in Malaysia.
  • Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia. The objective of CIDB is to develop the capacity and capability of the construction industry through the enhancement of quality and productivity.
  • Department of Statistics Malaysia. The Department of Statistics Malaysia was established in 1949 under the Statistics Ordinance 1949. The Department’s functions and roles include data and information collection across economic and social areas.
  • Royal Malaysian Customs Department. The Royal Malaysian Customs Department, abbreviated RMC or JKDM, is the government agency responsible for administrating the nation’s indirect tax policy, border enforcement and narcotic offences.
  • Malaysia Steel Institute. MSI promotes and develops the competitiveness, resilience and sustainability of the Malaysian iron and steel industry; provides advisory services and carry out, commission or promote the study of scientific, technology and economic aspects of iron and steel industry development in Malaysia; and promotes iron and steel product standardization and utilization within Malaysia.
