MISIF will be organising a one-day training program titled “The Domestic Inquiry Procedure, Investigation and Prosecution” on 26 May 2025.

This program is specially designed to equip HR personnel, supervisors, and those involved in disciplinary management with essential knowledge and practical skills to conduct domestic inquiries in accordance with Section 14 of the Employment Act 1955.
A domestic inquiry is a statutory requirement for employers before taking major disciplinary action against an employee. The training will cover key aspects such as internal investigations, conducting inquiries, handling evidence, and the role of prosecution in ensuring due process. This program is HRD Corp claimable.
