We have earlier informed that the Malaysian Iron and Steel Industry Federation (MISIF) will be organizing a 14th Conference on Status & Outlook of the Malaysian Iron & Steel Industry and Malaysian Steel Industry Annual Dinner scheduled on Thursday, 24 October 2024 at the M Resort & Hotel, Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
Known as an event not to be missed by iron and steel industry players, the event has served as an excellent occasion for members to network and meet-up with business associates, government officials and new acquaintances. Our 14th Conference on Status & Outlook of the Malaysian Iron & Steel Industry theme for 2024 is “The Next Era of Steel: Sustainability, Agility & Innovation”, will delve into the pathway and challenges for establishing a sustainable and low-carbon iron and steel industry. It will discuss the advancements in transformation and technology for a carbon-zero future, evaluate the performance of the Malaysian steel industry, and provide updates on the latest developments and outlook of the global market landscape. The MISIF 2024 Steel Industry Annual Dinner will be held immediately after the conference on the same day/venue.
