Further to the Circular C21/2023 dated 15 December 2023 with regard to the CLA implementation effective 1 January 2024 and MISIF/MSA serving as the focal point for CLA processes, we would like to announce the imposition of nominal fees for applicants as follows:
- RM200 for MISIF/MSA member;
- RM400 for non-member of MISIF/MSA.
The fees levied on applicants play a crucial role in enabling MISIF to meet the additional operational and administrative costs associated with facilitating CLA processing. This includes essential measures such as establishing a reliable server and backup system to ensure data integrity, hiring additional staff, procuring extra computers, and covering supplementary utility costs for organizing CLA meetings. These financial contributions from applicants are instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the CLA process.
